Ingredients

4 pieces
salmon (3 oz each)

1 tbsp
grated orange zest

1 tbsp
grated lemon zest

2 sprigs
oregano
-
2 sprigs
thyme
-
2 sprigs
tarragon
-
1 lemon
sliced

salt
-
pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Sprinkle salmon filets with salt and pepper.
- Combine 1 tablespoon of grated orange zest and 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest. Sprinkle mixture over the salmon.
- Arrange 2 sprigs of thyme, 2 sprigs of oregano, and 2 sprigs of tarragon over the salmon.
- Slice lemon, and place cut pieces on top of the salmon.
- Place fish on a tinfoil-covered baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cover fish with foil.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
