12" Boboli Pizza 100% Whole Wheat Crust

small red onion, sliced thinly in half circles

1/2 cup
Jack Daniels Spicy Original BBQ sauce

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese (reduced fat or 2%)

1 cup
low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

cooking spray

cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)

jalapeno thinly sliced

1/2 cup
black beans

1/2 cup
canned corn
Preparation
- Preheat oven according to Boboli instructions.
- Roll out crust and lightly spray with olive oil.
- While the oven is heating, toss 1 small red onion (chopped) with 2 cloves of garlic (chopped), and 1 sliced jalapeno pepper.
- Place mixture on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, set aside.
- Grill two chicken breasts.
- While chicken is cooking, spread barbeque sauce onto crust. Add grilled onions and vegetables.
- Top with 1 cup of low-fat shredded cheddar.
- Remove chicken from gril and chop into small pieces.
- Spread chicken on the pizza.
- Add a 1/2 cup of black beans and a 1/2 cup of canned corn. Top with 1 cup of low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place pizza in over for 10 to 12 minutes.
