Ingredients

  • 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup fresh fruit
  • 2 slices high-fiber bread
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mustard

Preparation

  1. Cut up the pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Toss chicken with 1/2 cup of barbeque sauce.
  2. Place chicken on a pan lined with foil and coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes to carmelize the sauce.
  4. Place barbeque chicken on whole wheat bread.
  5. Drizzle sandwich with honey-mustard dressing.
  6. Serve with a side of fresh fruit.
