Ingredients
- 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup fresh fruit
- 2 slices high-fiber bread
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mustard
Preparation
- Cut up the pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Toss chicken with 1/2 cup of barbeque sauce.
- Place chicken on a pan lined with foil and coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes to carmelize the sauce.
- Place barbeque chicken on whole wheat bread.
- Drizzle sandwich with honey-mustard dressing.
- Serve with a side of fresh fruit.
