chicken breast

romaine lettuce

grape tomatoes

1/2 cup
kalamata olives

diced cucmbers

1/2 cup
feta cheese

1/2 cup
red wine vinegar

Preparation
- In a saute pan, cook 12 ounces of chicken breast. cool and slice into small pieces.
- Lightly toast flatbread, then cover it with 12 ounces of hummus.
- In a mixing bowl, toss 4 cups of romaine lettuce, 1 cup of grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup of kalamata olives, 1 cup of diced cucmbers, 1/2 cup of feta cheese, and 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar.
- Cut the flatout into 4 pieces and top each place with 1/4 of the tossed salad.
