Ingredients

  • 1 high-fiber tortilla
  • 3 oz turkey
  • 1 slice low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 6 oz Yoplait Light Yogurt
  • 1 orange

Preparation

  1. Slice 1/4 cup of lettuce and a 1/4 cup of tomatoes.
  2. Combine 3 ounces of turkey with 1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese, and the tomatoes and lettuce on the high-fiber tortilla.
  3. Serve with a sliced orange and a yogurt on the side.
