Preparation
- Slice 1/4 cup of lettuce and a 1/4 cup of tomatoes.
- Combine 3 ounces of turkey with 1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese, and the tomatoes and lettuce on the high-fiber tortilla.
- Serve with a sliced orange and a yogurt on the side.
