Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat bagel
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Break 2 eggs into a microwavable dish (about the size of the bagel).
- Mix the eggs to break the yolk.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Place 1 bagel into the toaster (toast to your liking).
- Cut 2 slices of bacon in half.
- Take egg from the microwave and top with the sliced bacon and 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place back in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
- Place top of the toasted bagel over the egg and flip over to release egg from the dish, then add the bottom of the bagel.
- Serve with mustard or ketchup if desired.
