Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat bagel
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Break two eggs into a microwavable dish (about the size of the bagel).
  2. Mix the eggs to break the yolk.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Place a bagel into the toaster (toast to your liking).
  5. Cut 2 slices of bacon in half.
  6. Take egg from the microwave and top with the sliced bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  7. Place back in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
  8. Place top of the toasted bagel over the egg and flip over to release egg from the dish, then add the bottom of the bagel.
  9. Serve with mustard or ketchup if desired.
