Ingredients
- 3 oz flank steak
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 1 6 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 1/4 cup sauteed peppers
- 1/4 cup beans
- 1 cup berries
- 1 cup vegetables
Preparation
- Rub a 3-ounce flank steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- Grill or cook in a pan to liking.
- Cook 1/4 cup of brown rice as directed on package.
- While rice is cooking, saute 1/4 cup of peppers in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Slice cooked steak into strips.
- Place steak, peppers and brown rice onto a whole wheat tortilla.
- Add 1/4 cup of black beans to the mix.
- Wrap up and serve with a side of fresh berries.
