Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375-400 degrees.
  2. Toast bread in toaster.
  3. Place one slice of cheese on one piece of toast.
  4. Top cheese with sliced tomato.
  5. Place second slice of cheese on tomato slices.
  6. Close the sandwich with the remaining piece of bread. 
  7. Place in toaster oven or oven and bake until cheese melts (about five minutes).
