Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 3 oz sliced deli ham
  • 1 oz sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tsp honey mustard
  • 2 oz apple slices

Preparation

  1. Grill 2 ounces of apple slices in pan.
  2. Layer 1 slice of multigrain bread with 3 ounces ham, 1 slice provolone cheese, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 ounces of grilled apple slices, 2 teaspoons of honey mustard and then the second slice of bread.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Coat sandwich with cooking spray, and place in the pan.
  5. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned and cheese melts.
  6. Cut sandwich in half, if desired. Serve immediately.
