Ingredients

2 slices
multigrain bread

3 oz
sliced deli ham

1 oz
sliced provolone cheese

1/2 cup
baby spinach

2 tsp
honey mustard

2 oz
apple slices
Preparation
- Grill 2 ounces of apple slices in pan.
- Layer 1 slice of multigrain bread with 3 ounces ham, 1 slice provolone cheese, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 ounces of grilled apple slices, 2 teaspoons of honey mustard and then the second slice of bread.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Coat sandwich with cooking spray, and place in the pan.
- Cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned and cheese melts.
- Cut sandwich in half, if desired. Serve immediately.
