Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup lite soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/2 cup of lite soy sauce in a large casserole dish.
  2. Place 1 1/2 pounds of flank steak into the mixture and coat all sides.
  3. Let meat marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  4. After the meat has marinated, set the grill on medium heat.
  5. Spray the grill grids with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Place the marinated meat on the grill for 7 minutes on each side.
  7. Discard the marinade.
  8. Take meat off the grill and let it sit on a cutting board for a few minutes to cool slightly.
  9. Slice meat thinly against the grain, and serve fanned out on a plate with grilled potatoes or vegetables.
