Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 medium avocados until they are a chunky texture.
  2. Dice 1 Roma tomato and chop 1 yellow onion. Add to the avocado.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro.
  4. Mix thoroughly, then season with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
