Ingredients

red bell pepper

1/4
red onion

1 tsp
extra virgin olive oil

thinly sliced London Broil

3 slices
lite provolone cheese

whole wheat hoagie rolls
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line two baking sheets with tinfoil.
- Toss 1/2 sliced red pepper and 1/4 sliced red onion with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Place on one baking sheet, and roast until soft (about 10 minutes).
- Spray other baking sheet with cooking spray and top with pre-cooked London Broil slices.
- Top with the onion and pepper mix and 3 slices of lite provolone cheese.
- Place in the oven until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
- Slice roll in half and toast in the oven. Remove roll from oven and top with ingredients.
- Fold and serve.
