Ingredients

  • 12oz boneless, skinless chicken thigh
  • 2 oz mustard
  • 2 oz honey
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray.
  3. Combine 2 oz of mustard and 2 oz of honey in a small bowl until well-blended.
  4. Place thighs in larger bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add mixture to bowl and toss to coat.
  6. Place thighs on baking sheet and roast for approximately 15-20 minutes.
