Ingredients
- 12oz boneless, skinless chicken thigh
- 2 oz mustard
- 2 oz honey
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cover a baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray.
- Combine 2 oz of mustard and 2 oz of honey in a small bowl until well-blended.
- Place thighs in larger bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add mixture to bowl and toss to coat.
- Place thighs on baking sheet and roast for approximately 15-20 minutes.
