Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 4 cups romaine
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp low-fat caesar dressing
- 1 wedge lemon
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Preparation
- Rub a 3 ounce piece of chicken with 1 pinch of salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breast with 3 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing (made with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 a teaspoon of mustard).
- Grill chicken in a pan until juice runs clear.
- Cut up 4 cups of romaine lettuce and top with 1 sliced tomato.
- Add 2 tablespoons of low-fat Caesar dressing and a squeeze of lemon.
