Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 3/4 cup red bell peppers
- 1 tbsp chili pepper
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 1/2 cup plum sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade
Preparation
- Dice 3 mangos, chop 3/4 cup of red bell peppers, and mince 1 tablespoon of chili pepper.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add in 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade, 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar, and 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.
- Mix the ingredients together, and add 2 tablespoons of minced pickled ginger, 1/3 cup of plum sauce, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
- Combine all the ingredients and stir.
