Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 3/4 cup red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 1/2 cup plum sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade

Preparation

  1. Dice 3 mangos, chop 3/4 cup of red bell peppers, and mince 1 tablespoon of chili pepper.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add in 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade, 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar, and 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.
  4. Mix the ingredients together, and add 2 tablespoons of minced pickled ginger, 1/3 cup of plum sauce, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
  5. Combine all the ingredients and stir.
