Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 handful nuts
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a handful of nuts (your choice) on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook for five to 10 minutes (or until they brown).
- Cook oatmeal (don't use instant or flavored) following the package directions.
- Slice 1 banana.
- Mix oatmeal and banana slices with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
- Top with toasted nuts.
