Ingredients
- 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups rice crispies
- 9 oz natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1/8 lb butter, melted
- 1/2 package dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 package milk chocolate chips
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of powdered sugar, 3 cups of rice crispies, 18 ounces of peanut butter (crunchy or creamy), and 1/4 pounds of melted butter.
- Once blended, make 70 small peanut butter balls, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Put peanut butter balls into the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt 1 large package of dark chocolate chips and 1 large package of milk chocolate chips over low heat (don't overheat).
- Dip the cooled peanut butter balls into the chocolate to coat one half.
- Place on waxed paper on a baking sheet.
- Once chocolate has set, store peanut butter balls in a sealed container.
