Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon (4 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lite mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of prepared pesto sauce with 1 1/2 tablespoons of lite mayonnaise.
  3. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Wash salmon, pat it dry, and season it with salt and pepper.
  5. Place it on the baking sheet and brush with pesto mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
