Ingredients
- 2 pieces salmon (4 oz each)
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp lite mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of prepared pesto sauce with 1 1/2 tablespoons of lite mayonnaise.
- Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Wash salmon, pat it dry, and season it with salt and pepper.
- Place it on the baking sheet and brush with pesto mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
