Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 4 oz low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Metamucil (unflavored)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of ice, and 1/2 cup of pumpkin pie filling.
  2. Add in 4 ounces of low-fat cottage cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Metamucil.
  3. Flavor it with 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg.
  4. Blend until shake reaches desired consistency.
