Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 4 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Metamucil (unflavored)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of ice, and 1/2 cup of pumpkin pie filling.
- Add in 4 ounces of low-fat cottage cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Metamucil.
- Flavor it with 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg.
- Blend until shake reaches desired consistency.
