Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (3oz)
- 3 cups polenta
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place 3 cups of polenta on a plate. On a separate plate, spread out 1/2 cup of sesame seeds.
- Put 1 cup of water in a small bowl, and add 2 egg whites. Mix well.
- Put the water in a small bowl, add the egg white mixture and mix together.
- Dip the filets first in the water egg mixture, and then into the polenta. Coat both sides evenly.
- Press both sides of the salmon into the seeds, resulting in a light sesame coating.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
