Ingredients

  • 4 oz original barbeque sauce
  • 6 oz chicken
  • 2 whole wheat burger buns

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. While oven is heating, shred 6 ounces of rotisserie chicken into a large bowl.
  3. Toss with 4 ounces of original barbeque sauce.
  4. Place the chicken mixture onto a cooking sheet covered with tinfoil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Put chicken in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Wait for the sauce to caramelize over the chicken.
  6. Toast 2 whole wheat burger buns.
  7. Take chicken out of the oven and split between the two burger buns.
