Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- While oven is heating, shred 6 ounces of rotisserie chicken into a large bowl.
- Toss with 4 ounces of original barbeque sauce.
- Place the chicken mixture onto a cooking sheet covered with tinfoil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put chicken in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Wait for the sauce to caramelize over the chicken.
- Toast 2 whole wheat burger buns.
- Take chicken out of the oven and split between the two burger buns.
