Ingredients
- 8 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp minced onions
- 1/6 cup agave
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Mix 8 cups of finely shredded cabbage with 1/4 cup of shredded carrots and 2 tablespoons of minced onions.
- In a bowl, combine 1/6 cup of agave, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of lite mayonnaise, 1 pinch of pepper, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of buttermilk, and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Pour over cabbage mixture, mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
