Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp minced onions
  • 1/6 cup agave
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Mix 8 cups of finely shredded cabbage with 1/4 cup of shredded carrots and 2 tablespoons of minced onions.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1/6 cup of agave, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of lite mayonnaise, 1 pinch of pepper, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of buttermilk, and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture, mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
