Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb cooked turkey meat
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Chop 2 stalks of celery, 2 green onions, and 1/2 of a red bell pepper.
  2. Place chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add in 3/4 pound of cooked, chopped turkey meat.
  4. Create sauce by tossing in 3 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Toss thoroughly, refrigerate, then serve.
