Ingredients
- 3/4 lb cooked turkey meat
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 3 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
- Chop 2 stalks of celery, 2 green onions, and 1/2 of a red bell pepper.
- Place chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add in 3/4 pound of cooked, chopped turkey meat.
- Create sauce by tossing in 3 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Toss thoroughly, refrigerate, then serve.
