Ingredients

  • 3 oz ground turkey meat
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp crumbled tortilla chips
  • 2 tbsp lite ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Preparation

  1. Follow directions on seasoning packet to make 3 ounces of ground turkey meat.
  2. Combine 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup of corn, 1/4 cup of black beans, and 1/4 cup of tomatoes in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the cooked and seasoned ground turkey meat.
  4. Top with 1/4 cup of low-fat cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of crumbled tortilla chips, 2 tablespoons of lite ranch dressing, and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
