Ingredients
- 3 oz ground turkey meat
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 2 tbsp crumbled tortilla chips
- 2 tbsp lite ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Preparation
- Follow directions on seasoning packet to make 3 ounces of ground turkey meat.
- Combine 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup of corn, 1/4 cup of black beans, and 1/4 cup of tomatoes in a bowl.
- Mix in the cooked and seasoned ground turkey meat.
- Top with 1/4 cup of low-fat cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of crumbled tortilla chips, 2 tablespoons of lite ranch dressing, and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
