Ingredients

  • 3 oz ground turkey
  • 1 high-fiber tortilla
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp black beans
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Preparation

  1. Follow directions on seasoning packet to make 3 ounces of ground turkey meat.
  2. Chop up 1/4 cup of romaine lettuce, 2 tablespoons of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, and 1 diced tomato.
  3. Fill a high-fiber tortilla with the cooked taco meat.
  4. Top the taco with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of black beans. 
  6. Serve with 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 1 cup of sliced pineapple.
