high-fiber tortilla

low-fat cheddar cheese

pineapple

romaine lettuce

salsa

1 packet
taco seasoning
Preparation
- Follow directions on seasoning packet to make 3 ounces of ground turkey meat.
- Chop up 1/4 cup of romaine lettuce, 2 tablespoons of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, and 1 diced tomato.
- Fill a high-fiber tortilla with the cooked taco meat.
- Top the taco with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of black beans.
- Serve with 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 1 cup of sliced pineapple.
