Ingredients

1/2 cup
Greek yogurt

1 tsp
maple syrup

1 cup
fresh fruit

2 1/2 cups
buttermilk

1/4 cup
wheat germ

2 tsp
vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

2 cups
whole grain waffle mix
Preparation
- Combine 2 cups of whole grain complete waffle mix with 2 1/2 cups of buttermilk, 1/4 cup of wheat germ, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Spray a waffle maker with non-stick spray and drop in batter in 1/4 cupfuls. Cool waffles on a rack.
- Top waffles with a 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt and 1 cup of fresh fruit.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of maple syrup on top.
