Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp honey
Preparation
- Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor.
- Strain through a sieve into a large pitcher (leave in the pulp if you want a thicker drink).
- In a second pitcher, combine honey, lemon juice, and water.
- Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Add watermelon puree.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
