Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor.
  2. Strain through a sieve into a large pitcher (leave in the pulp if you want a thicker drink).
  3. In a second pitcher, combine honey, lemon juice, and water.
  4. Stir until honey is dissolved.
  5. Add watermelon puree.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Garnish with lemon or watermelon slice.
