This drill is one of the best you can do to improve foot quickness and cutting

STARTING POSITION

Base position standing outside of 3 microhurdles

PROCEDURE
  • Shuffle through hurdles keeping the feet apart. 
  • Stick and hold on the outside and then reverse directions
COACHING KEYS
  • Keep feet apart
  • Step over hurdles by picking knees and toes up
  • Use arms throughout movement
