Am I too old or too young?
Your readiness to train depends on physical ability and maturity level, but 14 is most often an appropriate age to start a Core Performance program. And you're never too old. The "Decrease Pain/Tightness" program can be very beneficial to older adults. You should always consult a physician before starting any activity.
