Performance Strength Training
Boost your strength levels and develop explosive power with this training and nutrition program. In addition to its focus on strength and power, this program also includes training techniques to help protect you from common lifting injuries and pains. You'll also improve your mobility and stability through "movement preparation." Note: This program does NOT include conditioning.
Days per week: 4 - 5
Duration: 60 - 90 minutes
Is it right for me? This program is great for anyone who's completed the Core Performance book program and wants to continue progressing with an emphasis on strength; for the advanced fitness enthusiast who wants to get stronger; and for people training for sports who want greater strength and power.

Strength Training Only
With an exclusive emphasis on building strength, you'll train your total body with workouts focused on movements, not muscles. So you'll push, pull and rotate like an athlete to gain maximum strength throughout your body. This approach will help you become stronger, more athletic, and more resistant to pain.
Days per week: 2 - 4
Duration: 30 - 60 minutes
