Boost your performance at the plate and in the field with any of our three training and nutrition programs modeled after the system used by many major league all-stars.

Baseball Training - Performance
This complete training and nutrition program features drills to improve your quickness in the field, your speed rounding the bases, and your power at the plate. You'll also perform movements to reduce your risk for common baseball injuries, like shoulder and knee ailments.
Days per week: 3-5
Duration: 75-120 minutes
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Movement Skills, Strength, ESD (cardio), and Regeneration (recovery).

Baseball Training - In-Season
Twice a week, you'll perform workouts to stay strong and flexible thoughout the season. A third day of training will focus on keeping your joints and muscles healthy throughout a long, competitive season.
Days per week: 3
Duration: 30 minutes
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Strength, and Regeneration (recovery).

Baseball Training - Without Weight Lifting
Sticking with your own resistance training plan? This program is designed to supplement any strength routine by improving power, speed, stability, mobility, and overall conditioning, while helping you recover faster. It also provides sound nutrition strategies to fuel your body for greater performance.
Days per week: 3-5
Duration: 45-75
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Movement Skills, ESD (cardio), and Regeneration (recovery).
