CP Endurance Training - Basic
Improve your body's ability to perform at its highest level—and for longer—with this endurance-boosting plan based on the popular book Core Performance Endurance. This seamlessly integrated training and nutrition program will improve the way you move in the water, on foot or on your bike, helping you gain mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, and—of course—endurance.

CP Endurance Training - Advanced
Ready to compete at a higher level? Then use this training and nutrition program to fine-tune your mechanics and increase your endurance in water, by foot, or on the bike. Complete with workouts, nutrition and a recovery plan, this program will help you go faster and farther with less risk for injury and bounce back quicker after long, grueling races.
