Golf Training Programs
Increase your drive, lower your score, and play pain-free golf with our training and nutrition programs. Here’s a look at our programs:

Golf Training - Performance
Improve your driving distance while reducing your potential for injury by making gains in every area, including stability, flexibility, power, strength, conditioning, regeneration and nutrition.
Days per week: 3-5
Duration: 60/90 minutes
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Movement Skills, Strength, ESD (cardio), and Regeneration (recovery).

Golf Training - In-Season
Twice a week, you’ll perform workouts to maintain strength, flexibility and power levels. A third day of training will feature regeneration movements to help your body recover faster. All told, this will help you stay competitive and healthy throughout your season.
Days per week: 3
Duration: 30 minutes
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Strength, and Regeneration (recovery).

Golf Training - Without Weight Lifting
Sticking with your own strength training routine? This program is designed as a supplement to any strength program with the goal of improving flexibility, power, stability, and conditioning while incorporating sound regeneration and nutrition strategies into your plan.
Days per week: 3-5
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Training Components: Prehab (injury prevention), Movement Prep (warm-up), Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Movement Skills, ESD (cardio), and Regeneration (recovery).
