Performance Training Programs
This comprehensive total-body training and nutrition program will help you improve strength, power, conditioning, mobility, stability and flexibility. You'll also perform movements to increase energy and reduce pain in just a few workouts a week.
This program is great for anyone who wants to improve both strength and conditioning; for people who have completed the Core Performance book program and want to continue progressing; and for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to make significant gains but don't want to train every day.
Scheduling Options
